Our team of pricing strategists analyse market data from around the world which reveals how much the same or comparable items are selling for. As we work on commission it's in our best interest to achieve the best price for you.

As well as our own global marketplace, we take a multi-channel approach to selling, listing every item around the world on a variety of different marketplaces. Rare and unique items are even extended directly to our international network of private buyers.

If we are unable to agree on a valuation which you are comfortable with, we will return the items to you free of charge.

You can earn up to 80% of the sales price for your items. The more you sell, the cheaper it becomes to sell. Find out more.

Once your item sells, you earnings will be paid to you on the 15th of the following calendar month.

All payments are made by bank transfer.

Depending on your collection type, your goods can be collected by one of our Client Concierge Team or by our trusted courier service.

If you are expecting an in-home concierge appointment, our representatives will bring materials along to package up all your items. For courier collection, please secure your item in a sealed box or package, a label will be provided on collection.

Yes, of course. We understand the importance of providing proof of what was collected so that you are fully reassured.

From the point of collection to the point of payment after sale, your items are insured throughout the entire process.
