Contact-Free Home Collections

Cudoni continues to offer our full home collection and postage service, as we appreciate many of our loyal customers will be wanting to keep their house organised, now more than ever.

We have now implemented a no-contact collection process to ensure the safety of you and our staff:

  • We can collect directly from your doorstep at a time that suits you, with paperwork provided online.
  • Should you need packaging materials, our VIP representative can drop-off these off at your doorstep, and either wait for you to pack your unwanted items, or return at a later point in time.
  • We understand that you may wish to talk through your items - we’re able to offer audio or video consultations (through mobile call, Skype or Whatsapp) to run through them at your convenience for peace of mind.
  • We’re able to offer a fully digital inventory at the point of collection, or on safe return to our processing facility.

All our VIP representatives are equipped with face masks and gloves, as well as an array of antibacterial cleaning materials.

Purchasing from Cudoni

Our website is fully-functional, with all orders being delivered as planned. However, future deliveries are dependent on the continued support of our third-party carriers. There are currently no ongoing shipment delays. Rest assured we are in constant contact with them, and will update our customers if there are any developments or issues which arise.

Can I still place an order online for delivery?

Absolutely. Whilst following the advice of all relevant authorities, your orders are still being fulfilled and delivered without issue.

Can I still receive delivery of parcels?

Yes. Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). It is widely understood that these viruses cannot remain on the materials in question for prolonged periods of time.
