Seller FAQ

What happens to my items?

We will aim to return to you any unsold items in the next 2 weeks. We will require your most up to date return address to ensure we deliver the items to the correct location. CUDONI will not take any responsibility for items that are lost due to an incorrect or outdated address.

When will I get paid for previously sold items?

All earnings will be processed as normal, items sold within a month will be paid on the 15th of the following month if not returned by the buyer.

Please ensure you have given us your most up to date bank details. CUDONI will not take any responsibility for payments that are incorrectly, or not made, due to incorrect information or due to no details being supplied. 

Can I pick up my items or arrange my own courier?

No, due to the high volume of returns, we unfortunately cannot offer you a service in which you or a third-party come to collect your items.

When do I know my items are being sent back to me?

You will receive a confirmation email stating your items have been shipped back to you. This will be via a courier service such as The Royal Mail, or via one of our team members. 


Do I need to be at home to receive my items?

Yes, you will need to be at home at the time of delivery. CUDONI will not take an responsibility for items not returned due to no one being available at the property on your record, or where there is failure to arrange a Royal Mail redelivery or in-person collection from your local Royal Mail depot on the red card they will leave for you. 


Who will deliver my items to me?

This will be either The Royal Mail or one of our team members. Our team members will be hard at work trying to return your items to you as quickly as possible, whilst also going through a stressful period, so please treat them with respect as they return your items. 

How long will it take to get my items?

We will endeavour to send back your items to you as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your items have been shipped to you. This process could take up to, but is not limited to, 2 weeks.

What happens to my recent purchases?

Your recent purchases will be fulfilled as normal and sent out to you.

Can I return items from recent purchases?

Yes, your return period is still valid. For more recent purchases, please ensure that items are returned at the first possible opportunity in order to prevent delays in a receiving a refund.

Will you provide a return postage label?

No, unfortunately we are unable to provide return postage labels at this point, but you will be able to ship items to us directly as normal.

Can I still buy with you?

Yes, we are still selling stock we own. This is returnable within 14 days. Please ensure that items are returned at the first possible opportunity in order to prevent delays in a receiving a refund.
