We accept payments by debit and credit card.

We always endeavour to dispatch items at the first opportunity. All orders enter the shipment process during business hours; typically in real-time within 1-hour. We are unfortunately unable to cancel orders which are in the shipment process. Should you wish to find out if your order is eligible for cancellation, please contact us at orders@cudoni.com.

All items are fully insured when shipped, with tracking information provided for each shipment.

UK delivery

For UK delivery of your item, two options are available:

- Next day (1 working day - assuming your order is placed before midday): £14.95
- Express (2 working days): £12.95
- Standard (3-5 working days): £8.95

International delivery

For International delivery of your item, three options are available:

- Europe (3-5 business days): £24.95
- Americas (5-7 business days): £44.95
- Asia Pacific, Australia (5-7 business days): £49.95

Please note that for international orders placed after midday on a Thursday, shipments can take up to two days longer.

Additional Notes

Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees applied by the destination country. All orders are delivered with all taxes, duties and fees unpaid, and it will be solely the buyer's responsibility to ensure these are paid in a timely manner.

If the buyer would like to return their item, these charges cannot be refunded, and must instead be recuperated from their local customs office. It is not possible for Cudoni to declare items below the sale value or to mark items as ‘gifts’ for the purposes of evading customs charges.
