These sizes are determined by your waist measurement. To measure your waist, find the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hips and then place a tape measure around the middle point, this is usually just above the belly button. Make sure the tape measure is pulled tight but not digging into your skin. Breathe out naturally and relax and then take your measurement.
